5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant EasyRSVP (RSVPme.com.au) a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Privacy

7. Payment Terms

EasyRSVP (RSVPme.com.au) offers both free and paid plans. For paid plans:

• Payment is due in advance on a monthly or annual basis

• We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from attendance at any event
• Event organisers must obtain all necessary permits, licences, and insurance for their events
